Who it's for

individuals looking to improve their energy, vitality, skin tone and texture, sleep, immune function, performance, and recovery.

What to expect

Initial treatments involve a mini-consult as well as a urinalysis. The practitioner will then prepare your IV bag, take your vitals, and connect the line using a small angiocatheter in an available vein. Once the IV is connected, you can sit back and relax while the nutrients are slowly infused into your bloodstream.

Results

Improved energy, sleep and mood, illness prevention and treatment, brighter, more even skin complexion

Cost

$160-$310 depending on the formulation prescribed.

## FAQ

What do I need to do to prepare for my IV treatment?

You must drink at least 1L of water and have eaten a meal within 3 hours prior to receiving your IV treatment. Being adequately hydrated and fed allows for easier vein access and prevents hypoglycemia during the treatment.

Will I feel anything during an IV treatment?

Sometimes the fluid being administered can feel cold in the arm to which the IV is connected. It is also very common to get a “vitamin” taste in your mouth once the fluid starts to drip. If the IV is being administered too quickly, you could start to feel lightheaded or woozy. Simply let your practitioner know, and we will slow down the drip until you feel more comfortable. The IV should never feel painful - this often means the fluid has infiltrated and is no longer going into your vein. The IV must be stopped immediately and restarted in a different vein if this occurs.

Can my spouse or friend come and receive an IV treatment at the same time as me?

Yes, our IV lounge is set up to be able to administer up to three IV treatments at the same time.

### IV Glutathione

Glutathione is one of the main antioxidants in the human body and is also used for detoxification and immune function. Administering glutathione intravenously ensures 100% absorption.

Who it's for

Individuals looking to support liver detoxification, immune function, antioxidation, aging, and skin complexion.

What to expect

The vein is accessed using a small butterfly needle by one of our skilled practitioners. Glutathione diluted with normal saline is then slowly pushed into the venous system, followed by a solution of vitamin C, as these two antioxidants work synergistically.

Results

More even, brighter complexion, improvements in energy, sleep, and mood.

Cost

$110

## FAQ

Is vitamin C included along with the glutathione treatment?

Yes, we always included vitamin C with glutathione as these two antioxidants work synergistically together.

How many treatments are required before seeing results?

For improvements in skin complexion, upwards of 10 treatments are needed before seeing significant results.

### NAD+

Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+) is a derivative of vitamin B3. In the body, it is a co-factor; NADH (the reduced form of NAD+), is the first of five enzyme complexes of the electron transport chain where much of the ATP is formed (hello grade 11 biology!). ATP is the energy currency of the human body. And so, NAD+, whether administered intravenously or intramuscularly, can greatly improve energy levels.

Who it's for

NAD+ therapy is ideal for individuals who are: Feeling constantly tired or burnt out Seeking to improve mental clarity and focus Looking to enhance athletic performance and recovery Managing symptoms of aging or chronic stress Recovering from illness or inflammation Interested in supporting brain health or detoxification

What to expect

During your treatment, NAD+ is administered via IV infusion in a calm and relaxing environment. Sessions typically last 1.5–3 hours, depending on the dosage. Some patients may feel effects during the session, while others notice benefits over the following days.

Results

Many patients report increased energy and endurance, enhanced mental clarity and focus, improved mood with reduced anxiety, better sleep quality, and faster recovery from workouts or illness. For best results, a series of treatments may be recommended based on your individual needs.

### Vitamin Injection Therapy

Vitamin injection therapy involves delivering high doses of vitamins and nutrients directly into the bloodstream or muscle through an injection. This method allows for faster absorption and higher bioavailability compared to oral supplements. It’s commonly used to boost energy, support immunity, improve skin health, and correct nutrient deficiencies.

Who it's for

Individuals who are experiencing high stress levels or burnout, B12 or Vitamin D deficiency, and those looking to improve energy, sleep, and mood.

What to expect

A small amount of fluid is injected either into the arm or the buttocks using a small-gauge needle. There is little to no downtime, so normal activities can usually be resumed right away. Mild side effects, such as soreness or lightheadedness, are possible but generally short-lived. Results can vary depending on the type of vitamins used and individual health needs.

Results

Common results include increased energy levels, improved immune function, enhanced mental clarity, better sleep quality, healthier skin and hair, and faster recovery from illness or fatigue. Those with nutrient deficiencies may also notice improved overall well-being and symptom relief. Results can vary from person to person, and some may require a series of treatments to experience full benefits.

Cost

$45

## FAQ

What is the difference between a vitamin injection and a vitamin IV?

A vitamin IV contains a LOT more fluid and a much larger ingredient list of vitamins. Through the venous system, we can administer large doses of fluid, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, vs an IM injection, which is a maximum of 3mL of fluid. There is a significant difference between the time and cost commitment of these two therapies as well. IVs can take up to 3 hours to administer, whereas an IM injection takes a few seconds.

Are vitamin injections painful?

Often, only a slight amount of pressure is felt during an IM injection, if any sensation at all. At Elevate Functional Health, we always add procaine (a local anesthetic) to our IM injections to make them comfortable for the patient. We only omit procaine if the patient is pregnant or breastfeeding.
